Gina Boyer whatever. Being disabled doesn't mean that you can't get a dollar store caller and use a marker with a phone number anyway I'm glad Kathy took care of it. It's sad that the rescues are always out of pocket for this type of thing. Nobody will ever convince me that poor people can't afford a tag

Lee Veronica First of all, Harmony wasn't my dog. I made the post for a friend who recently lost her phone. The owner is on disability, and hasn't had the money to get Harmony chipped. She is very thankful that her dog was taken care of through Kathy's shelter. Everyone's situation is different, and maybe you can be more compassionate, and less judgemental.
