I’m so sorry he is missing. Try these tips to maybe help get him home again. Since he was an indoor kitty he will probably have been too scared to go far. Look under bushes and everything else. When you walk looking for him, carry an open can of catfood or tuna he might smell. Maybe shake treats. Call his name. Open your garage door just enough for him to go under. Put food, water and some unwashed clothing for familiar scent. Cats are very good at smelling. If you don’t have a garage put it all at your front door. Maybe both. I think it would be good if you make flyers with his picture and your number and tape one to every neighbors front door so they know you are looking. They will bring the flyer inside and have it handy if they see him. I got a kitty back years ago because of a flyer I taped to a door. Make a report with the shelter. If he’s chipped contact them. Put everything you have towards finding him. The sooner you do the better chance you have. Good luck. Orange kitties are special.
