Nita Davis yes, cats are stubborn and ignore you. check patios and apartment decks too. someone may be taking him in for care. post pics at stores, 7/11, etc.

We kept his litter pan at the scene for three days after he got loose, but it lost its scent after that, so we took it up. It was not enough to attract him, unfortunately. We did the smelly scent trail as well twice with no results.
