That looks like an Irish Wolfhound. Hard to believe anyone would dump him. I hope someone was able to catch him and get him some help. Lots of breed-specific rescues in the Houston area.

Why would you try to reunite this dog with people that obviously do not take care of him?! Look at him. He looks like he’s missed quite a few meals. Being lost or misplaced for a day or two would not result in this condition! Please adopt this dog out to a loving home.
