White and Tabby Male cat/Neutered, very skittish and fearful, overweight (possible weight loss due to unknown timeline outdoors), may have a crusty right nostril. Distinct white tip tail. Please help us find out what happened to Sandy. Please keep a lookout anywhere outdoors as we believe he is alive. Please help us. Ozzi's Angels , there was a cat posted on Erie Animal Network, down by east lake road and birch court, looked just like it but in the picture didn’t see the white on the tail .
