Description
Black and white tuxedo cat, fairly small, unsure if neutered male or female. Very very friendly, seems to be a healthy weight but has some patchiness on ears and nose and seems to be itchy. Has a very squeaky meow. Has come to my hse 2 days in a row to drink from the pond and hang out on the porch.

Please help get this friendly baby home! They're very sweet like a housecat and keep coming to my porch to drink from the pond and hang out but I'm concerned with how itchy they seem to be!
