Friendly Siamese, too clean to be a stray

Noticed them when taking my trash out. Too clean to be a stray, very friendly, came up to me with a little coaxing, let me pet them plenty. Wasn't able to get them inside. Wasn't interested at all in a Delectable tube, so must be well fed. If this is just someone's outdoor cat, buddy needs a collar and tag.
