Message from Owner

To whoever is currently caring for our beloved 6-year-old male Maltipoo: We are incredibly grateful that you kept him safe, fed, and warm over the last 6 days. You clearly have a kind heart, and we thank you for protecting him from the dangers of the streets. But now, we are asking you to take the next brave, heroic step and help him return to his family. He is a massive part of our lives, and our home is completely empty without him. He is the ultimate snuggler, incredibly friendly, and so mindful of everyone around him. While he may be comforting you right now, he belongs with the family who raised him for the last 6 years and loves him beyond measure. We are sick with worry and miss his sweet presence every single second. If you have grown attached to him, we understand why—he is impossible not to love. But keepi ng someone else’s cherished family member isn't right. Please do the honorable thing. If you have him, or know who does, please contact us immediately. You can also drop him off at any local vet clinic or shelter as a found dog, no info required. Please, help us end this nightmare and bring our baby home. PLEASE NO JUDGEMENT OR QUESTIONS will be asked

Action Action to take if you lose a pet in San Diego IMPORTANT:Make sure you leave access open for your dog to return (plus smelly food and something that smells like the owner like dirty laundry)...Do Not leave the area, the dog will return looking for you (your scent), perhaps when it gets dark. Consult with Babs Fry, who will provide free guidance. Her number 619 249-2221 (CAREFUL of SCAMS, like drones or AI pics of your dog with a demand for money) 1. Put up posters in the vicinity...have someone do it that the dog does not strongly identify with. Owner needs to stay home, to keep the scent localized! 4. Post pic on lost.Petcolove. org 5. Post on petharbor. com and findingrover. com 7. Lost2Found is free and easy to use! Pet owners text “LOST” to 858-SAN-LOST (858-726-5678)
