Please help me find my beloved 1-year-old indoor cat who went missing on Saturday night around 22:30 at Burgess Park. My daughter was carrying her in her baggie but she got severely spooked by all the people coming up from the Burgess festival, panicked, jumped out, and hid deep in the bushes. She is a beautiful grey and white cat with a very distinct white patch covering her mouth, cheeks, and muzzle, a cute pink nose, and a white chest with soft grey tabby patches on her body and ears. She is strictly an indoor cat and is incredibly timid, so she is currently in survival mode and likely hunkered down deep inside the bushes or undergrowth. If you see her, please do not chase or shout at her because she is completely terrified and will panic and run away into danger. If she seems calm and approaches you, please gently secure her if you can do so safely, or coax her into an enclosed space, and call me instantly. If she is hiding or runs, please do not chase her—just call or text me immediately with the exact location and stay there to watch her from a safe distance until I arrive, as I live right nearby and will run over instantly.
