They're never fixed! Ugh. Please spay/neuter. The population is exploding and shelters are overflowing. Be responsible! If owner comes forward, make sure they show ownership, pictures on phone, vet bill, etc. Unfortunately, some have bad intentions (sell, dog fighting bait, etc). Thanks for caring.

Post also on Next Door Neighbor and on For the Love of Louie and Pawboost. Make family show proof. Have vet check for chip for free. Alert shelters and local police. I hope you find his family soon. Thank you for caring!
