I'd try to lure it into a cat/ dog carrier with tuna and take it to vet to see if it has a chip to help find the owner :)

There was a woman in Naperville looking for a cat like this, a few months ago. I tried finding her post, but haven’t had any luck finding it. Maybe also post this on some Naperville sites and Nextdoor. Hopefully she will see it.
