I hope you are out there looking for him. He will freeze to death in this weather. Has to be so frightened. Check garages, sheds, under decks, around buildings, in ditches, around ponds and parks. Put familiar scent items outside. Put treats outside. Walk around area calling his name softly. Do not yell or chase. Have neighbors check their properties. Put up colorful signs. Hope you find him soon. Poor baby.
