My dog is being fostered due to a housing emergency and he got away from his fosters. He was found at Home Depot in Alcoa but someone got to him before either of us could. Please help me bring him home.

the people fostering him sold him to me like normal business, turns out they’re weren’t supposed to do that. i returned the dog, i it all works out!
