Samantha Terry You have to go into the email that you use to make the pawboost. Find one of the pawboost emails and click reunited. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and click the update button. That should do it officially.

Did he go missing from home? Senior dogs typically travel downhill and towards water. They can become stuck and not make it back up. Please use Google maps to locate all nearby water sources and be sure to post to nextdoor & any local FB groups.
