MESSAGE FROM OWNER
PLEASE HELP BONGO GET ! I've had Bongo and his brother Bear (who is still recovering from leg amputation surgery) since birth and Bear has been crying for Bongo all throughout the day and night since he disappeared on wednesday evening. The boys are inseparable and have slept curled up together next to me every night their entire lives; but now, every time I try to bring Bear In from the backyard (even at bedtime), he refuses to stay and runs right back out the kitty door to wait on the back porch for Bongo to come . I talked to my backyard neighbors on Woodhaven several times... the ones directly behind me, let me in their yard twice (once at night, then the following day) to look under their luck. An elderly couple lives diagonally behind me and I spoke to the husband when standing on a stack of pallets in the back corner of my yard calling for Bongo. He told me he hadn't seen him, but earlier that morning thought he heard a cat crying around his shed area; however (despite the fact I have lived in this hse for 30 years), he didn't feel comfortable letting me in his backyard to search under the shed for Bongo. To make matters even worse, he informed me that if his dog caught Bongo, he would him!! Thank goodness he's primarily an indoor dog, but nevertheless, I've spent about every other hour since then (even throughout the night with a spot light) looking over the fence calling for him
