Description
Has different eye color in each eye, left eye white/blue, right eye caramel. Seemed scared at first to get close to people, didn't want to eat at first, seems to get closer to people. Collar around its neck looks like it is giving the poor dog issues that his neck might be hurt or just an affected area around his neck.
