Hi there! I found this male Pomeranian looking dog on 4th and clement at 12:30am on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. He had a rainbow spiked collar on, but there wasn’t any name or contact information. We kept him safe for the night and dropped him off at San Francisco Animal Care and Control (1419 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA 94103). They can be reached at.
