Description

Gray, black, and a little of white. He has a small bald patch on his neck. His fur is fluffy and he has green eyes. He has been missing for 3 days and I’m terribly worried. He’s an only in door cat and has never gone out. He ran out on my bf and I’m not sure where he went. Please please help me find him. He’s a bit skinny and he doesn’t really like people. I’ve checked everywhere and I can’t find him at all.

are you sure your boyfriend didn't dump him somewhere?

Sara Leann, he is likely hiding somewhere close by. Sprinkle catnip by the door or window where he escaped

Make sure that you leave a way for your cat to get back inside. If you have a sliding glass door or garage door, keep that open a bit for your cat to get back. Place some of your recently used clothing outside of that door for your cat to use as a scent locator. Place some wet food just inside the door as well. Dry food tends to attract raccoons. 🙏

The best thing to do is to talk to your neighbors during the day to see if they have seen your cat. You can also print mini flyers and attach them to your neighbors doors if they are not home. You can use painter's tape so that it is easy for the homeowner to remove. You can also put the flyers in your neighbor's mailboxes. Also, post on Nextdoor to alert neighbors. You will have the best chance to find your cat tonight from 11 pm onward. Use a flashlight and calmly call your cat. Best wishes! 🙏

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.

Theresa Hew hey! I have left his liter out in a baggy and even did a few trails to my apartment but nothing. I’ve gone and checked a lot. Done flyers even and so many posts I really pray he’s just hiding cause he loves doing thay

Put his bedding outside and something with your scent too. Go out and call often. More tips here: https://www.jelliclecatsrescuefoundation.com/lost-kitty-advice
