DESCRIPTION
Rosie is a California Desert Tortoise taken from her in Davis. Her last AirTag location was in Elk Grove near VCA Bradshaw Animal hosp. She has a double ridge of plates by her neck. We do not think she has any tape or other identifiers currently as her AirTag was found discarded in the VCA parking lot.
