Grey and white pitbull mix Black collar Broken foot

Pitbull mix has been roaming a trailer park for a least a year, if not more if I’m not mistaking. She has a black collar. When she first got here she was extremely scared and aggressive. She would run away from people and had a broken paw. I believe it somewhat healed now, however she still cannot walk on it. She got pregnant and recently gave birth. Now has 4 puppies. A few neighbors and I feed her every now and then but I am hoping to reunite her with her owners. Since nobody has been able to get close to her she still has her original collar that she came here with. Recently, she’s been more open to get closer to people, however she is still very cautious. Please share so that she can hopefully go back to her owners and her puppies can get adopted before the pound gets here. The puppies are starting to come out more and more from their hiding spot. I’m sure someone is bound to call the pound anytime now.
