Beautiful friendly dog. He came to me bleeding from his paw, I cleaned the womb and bandage it up. Fed him and gave him plenty of water. He's resting in my living room, but I can't hold onto him for long as he chases small animals and my cat is locked up in my room now. My sister has short term memory loss so this is a bad situation, she could unexpectedly let the cat out of the room. I can't bear for anything to happen to our sweet cat. Please call immediately to get your sweet baby back home.

Patty Valencia do you have a rope or belt or anything that you can use as a temporary leash? I would entice it to get to the car with food. Try to have the AC on to cool the car prior and park it in the shade so it does not burn its paws. They’ll likely have extra leashes if you don’t mind driving there to borrow one.

Joyce Kew Thank you, I will call and see if they have a collar or if they can come to the car. If I can get the dog to go outside in the 108° weather.

I haven't been able to go get it scanned, as I don't have a dog collar. I'm hoping for good news soon. And it might possibly be a neighbors but they get home late at night. 🤞 Can you tell me if the vet would come out to the car to scan it, or if they would have a leash? It's 108° outside so the dog doesn't want to leave the house.
