Message from Finder
Doberman Pincher running around neighborhood across the st from Valle Verde elementary on Berkshire and Elsinor. He was wearing a shock collar & was so skinny 😢 we couldn’t get him in the car, he would stop to eat the food we gave him, then right when we would try to get him he’d run. He was spotted right now 8/2 at 10:04 PM idk why the title says yesterday & I can’t change it.
