Christopher Dean Young the Florence Humane Society is different than the Effingham shelter. Florence is good and will help it. Effingham puts a lot of dogs down. Plus you have to take the dog to the shelter in the city or County that you found it in.

Katina Dreamer that’s the best place. It will get scanned for a microchip and the owner may be looking for it there. It will see a vet and if no owner comes it will be adopted out to a safe home.
