Teedee Grimes 100% agree. Was a real Heart breaker. That cat did not want to to be outside. Yet Stamford animal was aware and did nothing. Just like his other cat that is missing. Or wait so today his other black cat in my backyard. The owner is trash, Stamford animal control is trash and lastly the representative from Animal control is trash. When you @ them they block you.

Gail Szatkowski it’s unfortunate really. Janine McCormick dropped the ball in this. She was more inclined to help her “friend” then doing what was in the best interest of the cat. This will be another one I have to scrape off our streets and pay out of pocket to have a proper cremation. The said owner lets his cats roam our streets. So much for people claiming to be advocates of animals. Real joke. If in fact this person works for Stamford Animal Control & Care Center I’m disgusted and they really should evaluate who they hire.

Janine McCormick yea thanks for zero help btw, this was the same individual who has multiple cats roaming our streets with zero remorse. Great job though! Huge help to our community Let the cat be released to someone who has zero business owning a pet!

Cat is reunited with its so called owner. Thanks for everyone’s support your kind words were inspiring and it’s reassuring to know that there are in fact good people let alone good pet owners out there. However I am deeply saddened and disturbed how a person who lets their pets out in the street in all weather conditions. A person who does not truly care is rewarded with owning a pet. As for the person who advocated for this owner. Shame on you, don’t call yourself an animal lover when you clearly do not care. Just because this person is your friend does not make them qualified to own a pet. I’m disgusted with what I witnessed today. Janine McCormick
