Reunited!! Thank you to everyone who helped in every way! Someone had picked her up right after she came out of the bike trailer but her digital tag had an old phone number---that's why 2.5 hours of backtracking did no good. My emergency contact got the call, but couldn't reach me or get here from Fountain until yesterday.
