Hi everyone! Last year, Scruffles’ owner was arrested, and a kind neighbor stepped in to foster him. Because Scruffles kept finding ways to escape her yard, she past him along to another safe home. His original owner is now back and desperately trying to trace where Scruffles was sent. We’ve lost his trail, but we haven't lost hope! 🐾 If you know who took him in or have any leads on where he might be, please contact Officer T. Hayes #4485 .
