This pet doesn’t have an owner as she appears to have been bred and dumped on the streets. She’s not aggressive and is approachable; she’s extremely skinny and needs help. I have been reaching out to animal control but they have yet to send someone to take her to the shelter/pick her up. I have large dogs of my own and can’t take her in.
