I have seen this cat in my neighborhood (El Portal and Ming/ Tamarack Pine Neighborhood) since February of this year. I do not think he/she is a normal stray cat. They have gotten smaller throughout the months that I’ve seen them compared to the other strays in our neighborhood. This is a long haired cat with green eyes. This cat has the tendency to yowl also. I have been giving them food the past week and they’ve been eating it up.
