Update 4:20 pm. Leaning towards believing hes a outdoor kitty. He seems to have a cold/allergy. He's hanging out around my home now so if he is some ones he's still in the area ❤️

Updates 9:32 owner still has yet to be found. Cat is not fixed and does not care for dogs it seems
