I seen him roaming the parking lot of Ross off staples MONTHS ago in a horrible state skin and bones an matted so I know he's been like this for a while if you keep getting him back why does he still look like this... rehome him to a family who's going to take care of him

Now that you got your dog back, do the right thing and get your dog fixed, microchipped, keep him dewormed, and keep him secure. Next time he’s found roaming, someone will either take him off the streets or he will be injured or even ed by a car.
