Frankie Fernandez I can relate, including work is still there even when we get no sleep from worrying. My case was 9 long sleepless nights and a miracle that my next door neighbor found her late at night in his back yard slope under a shrub. She had set off his motion light and he got out of bed with a flashlight, went outside to see what set it off. He shined the flashlight under every shrub and found her shiny eyes. She was very, very scared, ran from us into other neighbors back yards, by this time there were 5 of us determined to catch her at 10:00 pm. I laid down on my stomach facing her, talking softly, inching my way closer until I was able to grab her by the scruff of her neck. Gratefully she was unharmed and back home. 🙏 for you and your kitty. Miracles do happen, I’m proof. 💕

Time is of the essence. Cats don’t go far from home. Don’t wait for social media to bring your cat home, you need to be proactive. Leave the door/window the kitty exited from open 24/7. If unable, then crack garage door open 24/7 enough to get in. Knock on neighbors doors with a picture asking them to keep an eye out. See if they can check Ring cameras for any sighting. Post signs with kitty’s picture as many as possible, include surrounding neighborhoods. Go out late at night with a flashlight, shaking a bag of food, calling kitty’s name, looking under shrubs for their shining eyes. Post on Ring, Nextdoor and check shelters. Don’t give up. 💕

Frankie Fernandez don’t leave food out, you want kitty hungry. Food also attracts predators that can scare her.

April Sandvl-Alfaro I leave the porch light on I live the room light on and tv so she knows what the sound of the tv and reflection off the mirrors from the lights and window open she escaped from and I leave her favorite food and some of my old clothes all around the place even by the place she escaped at she’s been missing since the 5th around 4pm I’ve been looking day and night leaving flyers everywhere posting all over any medias , sending it to everyone I know and neighbors around me , I have a lot of people around keeping a look out for her in the complex I just want her to come home she hasn’t ate or used the restroom or slept good at all the day she left her cat siblings miss her so much they been off energy I took one of her siblings with me so midnight can smell her cat sibling I have 2 other cats I’m trying to make them meow and spread their scent around the place so midnight can smell them
