Check trees, storm drains, neighbors cameras,she is probably right handy if she is an indoor cat, she is probably terrified. If your son can sit on the porch steps just playing she might come out if she is under the house and he doesn't chase her, let her come to him. If she hears a gentle voice. Normally I would say put Sardines in oil out but if she only eats cat food, put some on the porch or just inside your front door with the door open. You can also borrow a trap and set it close to the house and put something with her scent or your sent over the trap to disguise it. even put her be in it.

Searching at night with a flashlight and calling her name in your normal voice, not yelling it out, is good. Also the eyes will glow if and when the light hits them. Leave out some personal clothing with your or her scent on it. Hope your baby is home inside very soon ❤️
