Black, yellow eyes, petite, shiny and soft, most likely female, seems pretty young

Found July 14th at night, she was very friendly. Next time I saw her was morning on July 21st. She has come back again July 22nd. I'm not sure if she belongs to anyone or is a new stray in the neighborhood. She's very cute and friendly but gets on edge with other cats nearby. I'll try to keep her safe as best I as can.
