All the information is listed on that Texas tag she is wearing. That is how I found the owner of a dog Labradoodle who was going to be stolen and I turned around because the dog would not be put in that car and when I tried to stop to check his collar, he was panicked and jumped in on my lap!!! I found the owner and they were so happy I returned him! Me too!
