I was advised to ring 0161 234 5004. It’s the council environmental line. To see if my lost pet had been found deceased by the street sweepers. So I rang and they asked my cats colour. Which is black and white. Luckily they don’t have one of her description 🙏 They also have a microchip scanner which they can scan for. I never knew this service existed and I’m sure a lot of people aren’t aware of this too.For all those of us have missing pets can ring and check for their missing cats. Hope you cat isn’t there🙏. But worth calling x
