Seen this Orange cat around my neighborhood. Don't know if he/she is a community or fetal cat or someone lost pet. He/ she has been eating the cat food that is for my cat ( indoor/outdoor), which I don't mind but unfortunately he does. He/she keeps their distance but doesn't run away if I go outside. Very pretty cat.

Looks like a healthy boy. He looks well-fed. if he is feral, he has not been neutered, because he would have an ear-tip. If you can trap him, you can take him to and vet or Brandywine Valley SPCA - Washington, DC to have him scanned. and if he is not neutered, Brandywine will neuter and tip his ear for free under the Community Cats program.
