Susan Fried I’ve had pets all my life and currently still do . Not once did I not make sure they are safe in every circumstance. I know a lot of pet owners feel they are family and like our children, would we say that if our child gets lost ???? No it’s irresponsibility .. I stand by that . I’ve saved so many animals on the streets that stemmed from just carelessness pet ownership. Did that dog owner even respond??? Nope . We wouldn’t even have kitten , cat feral colonies if people kept pets safe and especially spayed and neutered.
