Pretty sure I seen this dog 30 minutes ago at commonwealth pool at Dalkeith Road. The dog was running on road so tried to follow it down Holyrood park road and then the dog ran along old church road so couldn’t follow it any further as was in my car. Reported to the council and 101, was just worried when it was running on busy roads!

Update!! Heather Quinn has just seen Rowan running down Minto street 10:50am and has gone into the old St Margaret School grounds! Tried to call number but going straight to voicemail!!
