Glad to see this. Don’t see to much of this posted, I wonder how many of the animals that get lost are returned home to the rightful owner or to a better home.

When trapping you may accidentally catch a possum, etc. Just stand behind the trap, lift the door, and they'll run straight out.

Lauren Walters Smith I hope you can take her inside ASAP. Something really scared these cats, and it may still be around. As for the kittens, you might try setting humane traps (Tri-Catch is a good brand). Bait it with tuna. They'll be hungry by now.

Yes this is unfortunately what I think happened. The mama was feral but I was able to get her friendly with time and patience. She had 4 kittens and they were fine there for 17 weeks. I wish I would have known, I would have brought them to my house.

Lauren Walters Smith If you see them again, please take them inside. Big feral (wild, unsocialized) males are usually the only cats that survive being barn cats, and they need to be neutered/vaccinated to keep them from roaming and safe from rabies.
