Found chocolate brown short haired female dog with white markings on chest and paws. The leash and collar are not hers and were put on after she was found. Calm and seemed like shes been on car rides before.

I have been offering to give this lady a good home if owner is not located and promise to prove it would be a very acceptable Home. I am including a picture of PJ who looks forward to meeting her. He has been fixed and has also been a rescue. He believes himself to be a proper caretaker.
