Message from Finder

Sound on the side of the road overheated, but otherwise unharmed. Very friendly and has been around dogs with no fleas, so he has to belong to someone.

Tara Hebert a family friend will take him if his owner is not found. I'm not sure he has an owner because he was outside laying on the hot street panting and it was more than 100°. I was thinking he might have slipped out of his home, but nobody has come forward. I can't imagine someone with a baby like that would be leaving it outside in the heat.
