Roshi Chaudhrydoes the cat also have black spots on it. My lost cat has orange ears but from the image I cannot tell.

Roshi Chaudhry could have been dumped. Perhaps ask for help from someone in these groups for a trap or a chip scanner once u can fet them close enough to you. Regular feeding will help with that.

Ola Wieckiewicz i asked everyone its not theirs. I even tried to catch them they keep running away. I feel really sad for them since I have cats too. They just keep crying

Ask all neighbors within a few block distance. If that doesn't come up with a lead then Please take her to a vet for a free chip scan if you can secure. Also search lost and found posts for her. Please also don't give her to just anyone, ask for proof.
