Yellow eyes, silver-gray, short-haired male cat with white chin and creamy, striped chest and belly. Friendly, but will fright at quick movements (please don’t chase him or try to grab him; he responds best to quiet, calm, low body posturing, slow movements, and gentle tones). He has a sweet voice. He is fixed and up-to-date on vaccines. He is not wearing a collar.

Thank you for sharing this excellent summary of important strategies. While we have undertaken most of them, there are some that it is good to add to our efforts. Silver is an indoor-outdoor cat who is displaced in an area where much of the territory is closed to the public during the times he is most likely to be active, and where we are not close residents. Fortunately, the local neighborhood has been tremendously helpful in assisting us with some creative work-arounds.
