The dogs face looks like a golden retriever. I can’t really tell about his body. Even if he is part golden & has a golden personality GRRH - golden retriever rescue Houston will take him. There is also Golden Beginnings. I mention these in case the owner is not found. The rescues do a wonderful job of vetting & finding the perfect family for this precious dog. Good luck!
