My cat did not return home last night. Posting in hopes that she might have ended up in someone else's yard or home. Her name is Bius (bee-us) - she is a super sweet, super scaredy-cat. She does not wear a collar, but she is chipped. She is easy to discern from other black cats due to her 'extra large thumbs' along her front legs. If you have a black cat, I encourage you to double check and ensure you didn't end up with a second (or third) overnight last night (it can happen with these cuties). Otherwise, please let me know if you see her. I can be reached any time at I live right along side the i5 wall on Reserve St. (for context). Thank you for reading!

Time is of the essence. Cats don’t go far from home. Don’t wait for social media to bring your cat home, you need to be proactive. Leave the door/window the kitty exited from open 24/7. If unable, then crack garage door open 24/7 enough to get in. Hang worn clothes and/or your pillow case in a tree or on top of shrubs to create a scent trail. Knock on neighbors doors with a picture asking them to keep an eye out. See if they can check Ring cameras for any sighting. Post signs with kitty’s picture as many as possible, include surrounding neighborhoods. Go out late at night with a flashlight, shaking a bag of food, calling kitty’s name, looking under shrubs for their shining eyes. Post on Ring, Nextdoor and check shelters. Don’t give up. 💕

Trap & camera are key!!! Our boy was finally trapped after 45days! Seen almost nightly on camera. Local the entire time!! Don’t give up! CHECK GARAGES ETC!!
