o! I found Spencer roaming around near 43rd and 12th in South Minneapolis, around 2:30pm. He is VERY friendly and clearly well cared for. No tags unfortunately. If Spencer belongs to you, or if you recognize him, please reach out. I will keep him safe and report him to shelters and animal control until his guardian is found.
