Found dog. This guy was wandering around Broadmoor/Maryton Park Cove this morning and is currently on his way to Little Rock Animal Village. He looked awfully skinny and a little banged up, but was not at all aggressive, even when the animal control officer was getting him into the truck. Not sure how much he weighs, but would guess he's in the neighborhood of 30 pounds. If he's yours, he should be at LRAV and able to be claimed. If he's not yours, but you are interested in fostering, he may well be a great candidate! Not too big, not at all aggressive. In fact, when my fussy little chihuahua snapped at him, he ran rather than engage. Before anyone fusses at me... yes, LRAV is a " shelter", but they do their best and it's better than laying in the street starving, thirsty, and overheated. I am at capacity at my hse. The rescue I typically work with is beyond capacity. Please, please if you are concerned about this sweet guy, consider fostering him. Even if a rescue is at capacity, if they have a willing foster, they will do their best to bring one more under their umbrella.
