Black cat with a missing tip of left ear

This black cat showed up a few weeks ago, now she consistently comes by most every night. Not sure if make or female but I call her a she. I thought maybe it was a feral that was TNRd but she is super friendly, really chatty and definitely seems like she is missing someone. She will come into my garage but won’t come in the hse. NE Ocala not far from the livestock pavilion
