Seems like s GSD mix with half floppy ears. Skittish. VERY malnourished.

This dog has showed up twice, always in the middle of the night. It is very skittish and scared. I feel like they have been lost for s long time. I do not have good pictures, BUT I can send the camera recordings (videos)!
