I found this sweet baby seemingly in distress and we have him/her in our enclosed patio. I notified animal control and dispatch as the dog seems in distress from heat and possibly back in problems.

Kerrie Bachhofer yes, she seems older that maybe the issue with her back end because we have felt her entire body and she doesn’t seem to be in pain. She’s very sweet, there’s no way this baby didn’t have a home at some point.

Rebecca Brooks I have other dogs that don’t do well with new dogs and very limited funds.. so far she has been drinking, ate some good food and the panting has calmed but I can’t bring her in 😔

Dogs cannot handle high temperatures very well...be sure it has a big pail of cool water & squirt him down with a hose a few times throughout the day to help him cool down or buy him a kid's plastic swimming pool....panting is their main way to cool themselves & it doesnt work very well in these temperatures that we have been having this summer! Thank you for saving him!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Could you possibly bathe him with Dawn dishwashing liquid to clean him & any fleas & then bring him inside with the A/C???
